• Customer service

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
  • Able to identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up and ensure resolution.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate well with the internal department.
  • Record customer interaction and transaction.
  • Review the customers' service quality and always seek for improvement in order to enhance the user experience at all times.
  Requirement
  • SPM and above.
  • The minimum of1 year working experience in related field.
  • Strong phone and email contact skills and active listening and replying
  • Team player
  • Great communication skill
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Can manage emotions well when handling difficult task or customer.

• Videographer

  • Video marketing has become an increasingly important topic for online retailers. The rise in video content is largely tied to the limitations of flat product images. Since online shoppers can’t hold your products in their hands, video is an effective way to reassure customers and reduce returns.
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Proficient in video editing
  • Skilled in photography and videography
  • Need to be a fun creative people~work as a team

• Procurement Executive

  • Issue, prepare and manage relevant documentations such as Purchase Order, Goods Receive Note and Return Note to suppliers.
  • Multi-tasking and good in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior to and after delivery of goods from suppliers, coordinate with Fulfilment Team on receiving of goods is executed accordingly.
  • Problem solving in any discrepancy due to shortage, excess, defectives, expired and etc.
  • Responsible for the new item goes online, including product entry, selling price and assigning for product details.
  • Manage the replenishment based on the stock movement report, ensuring the inventory level is in meet at demands.
  • Collecting monthly invoice & statement from suppliers.

• Sales Executive

  • SPM and above.
  • Training will be provided
  • Willing to work from 11-8PM
  • Team commission on monthly target and item commission for selected new model.
  • Able to travel once awhile to client side

• Delivery staff

  • Send parcel from office to customer
  • Estimate 70-90km travel a day
  • Mileage claim
  • No experience needed
  • Must have own transport

• Packing staff

  • Parcel packing
  • Understand how computer work
  • Full time and part time position are open
